NEW WHAT WORKS best practices

Post by cablejohn45 »

Cheers to TIM THE MAN I am hoping this might be a space for forum members to relate practices, methods , protocols that are having a positive impact on their life/health.. unlike testimonials page not TSOI products ---but good to be aware of -practices---Of course I have one in mind.

Having heard about nebulizing. I nebulized myself with full strength HQ 3% burns the eyes (slightly)if you let it get up there, A 10 min treatment yesterday was all I could do and --it worked-- nothing going on in my throat today--no sore feeling or strained, hard to put into words except that it works. Here is a link there are many like this. Also I have nebulized my wife (diluted), Yes improvement. It will affect your vocal cords a bit.

Thanks, Tim, Deb, Cheers!

I have settled on 1.5% Hydrogen Peroxide (food grade) and mixed with saline solution for myself. The Wife I bumped up to .2%.
I mixed up some bottles ready to go.
Last night:
Went to Dinner (Italian) the place was packed, later I woke up a 3AM with deep tickle down my throat (and heartburn), hit it with the HP and it went away quickly.

Just because I can, I have been taking it off and on all day.

In the past I have had reoccurring throat issues, never serious but a constant tickle-pain, irritation for a month and more and then its gone.

I have gargled off the shelf 3%HP and not only did it not work, it not something I would willingly do again (YUK).

I had not seen this before----having tested it , xylitol is hands down better tasting than the others just like sugar no difference.

the brand attached is made in USA
