Hi Tim,

Invested since early 2021 but first post on the forum. I have a friend who was recently diagnosed with Follicular Non-Hodgkins Lymphoma. Stage 4 but Dr said with this type stage doesnt mean the same as other types of cancers. It's treatable but not curable. She just started Immunotherapy and will have 6 rounds. Do you think any of the TSOI supplements available would be of additional benefit? I was thinking Projuvenal?

Thank you for all you are doing and so happy you have taken a stand on the nonsense that was going on here.

Happy Thanksgiving!

Hi StMom44 welcome aboard, and Happy Thanksgiving to you and yours.

Both NanoStilbene and ProJuvenol are patented (https://patents.google.com/patent/US9682047B2/en) as adjuvants to numerous immunotherapies so either would be of great benefit for different reasons but the same end result. Reduce inflammatory processes caused by cancer(s). If you think she would be willing to try them (they certainly won't harm her) I would be happy to provide her either for the duration of her therapy.

To Tim and Tom, TSOI team, and all of the wonderful investors who love this company and all that it is doing, I want to wish all of you a very Happy Thanksgiving! 2022 will be filled with so many wonderful things. I cannot wait! Keep up the great work all.

Go Team TSOI! (I know that it is probably more accurate to say TSI instead of the stock ticker, but it is ok. LOL)

Wishing you and yours a very Happy Thanksgiving holiday, Tim. I believe I speak for TSOI investors broadly when I say, “Thank you” for building/developing this platform. Spending countless hours answer the same questions from us day in and day out (often starting at 2am) with patience and grace. Having been de-platformed from Stock$hits(took them long enough 😂), constantly msg reports/blocked on Yablow, and just plain irritated by Ischlub for injecting a little reviewable verifiable truth and information, I’m able to come here, express my support, and stay in touch with a number of very nice, intelligent fellow investors and friends.

God Bless you, Tim Dixon, and may God Bless TSI.

Hi Tim

Wondering if you have heard of this company who is using mesenchymal stem cells in a phase 3 study for MS...

Brainstorm has completed a Phase 3 pivotal trial in ALS (NCT03280056); this trial investigated the safety and efficacy of repeat-administration of autologous MSC-NTF cells and was supported by a grant from the California Institute for Regenerative Medicine (CIRM CLIN2-0989). BrainStorm completed under an investigational new drug application a Phase 2 open-label multicenter trial (NCT03799718) of autologous MSC-NTF cells in progressive multiple sclerosis (MS) and was supported by a grant from the National MS Society (NMSS).
For more information, visit the company's website at www.brainstorm-cell.com.

Looks like they are also looking into damage of the lung from COVID
Abstract
Background: One of the most severe complications of the current COVID-19 pandemic is acute respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS). ARDS is caused by increased amounts of pro-inflammatory cytokines, leading to lung damage and loss of lung function. There are currently no effective therapies for combatting ARDS. Mesenchymal stem cells (MSCs) have been suggested as a potential treatment for ARDS due to their significant immunomodulatory properties. MSC small extracellular vesicles (sEVs), including exosomes, modulate the immune response as effectively as MSCs themselves, with the added advantages of increased safety and tissue penetration.
Methods: We isolated sEVs from MSCs induced to secrete increased levels of neurotrophic and immunomodulatory factors, termed Exo MSC-NTF, and compared their ability to treat ARDS, in a lung injury LPS mouse model, to sEVs isolated from naïve MSCs (Exo MSC). Measurments of lung histopathological changes and neutrophil infiltration, blood oxygen saturation, and bronchoalveolar lavge fluid (BALF) proinflammatory cytokines and coagulation related factors were performed.
Results: We found that Exo MSC-NTF was superior to Exo MSC in reducing LPS-induced ARDS markers, including physiological lung damage such as alveolar wall thickness, fibrin presence, and neutrophil accumulation, as well as increasing oxygenation levels. Furthermore, Exo MSC-NTF reversed the imbalance in the host immune response, seen as decreased IFN-γ, IL-6, TNF-α, and RANTES levels in the bronchoalveolar lavage flu

Their work here sounds as though it may touch upon TSOI patents...

Exosomes from mesenchymal stem/stromal cells: a new therapeutic paradigm
Isnt this JADICELL? Brainstorm seems to be working in the same area, no?

No - these are autologous cells - that is they come from the patient. Our cells originate from termed birth umbilical cords (version 1.0) and our current source is our iPSC line where we can consistently produce a genetically identical jadicell. To date the most potent umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cell (UC-MSC) is the JadiCell and our new version 2.0 is no less potent.
