I appreciate the question but I'm not too big on answering outside questions anymore but for you i will. TSOI has maintained offices at 4093 Oceanside Blvd. Suite B Oceanside CA 92056 since before TSOI was TSOI. I don't think my neighbors, a smog shop on one side and a window tinter on the other have much to do with anything. This is now a satellite office with our nutraceutical lab inside of it. No big mystery there.

If people are trying that tired old trick again about our address please don't bother me with questions about it I have answered that too a thousand times - heres a novel idea - set an appointment with my lawyer and if he clears you I will meet with you personally and I might even let you tour my secret lab that is so secret we have to blindfold you before we take you through the doorway. This video was filmed in my lab.

Great to see the Form 4 of you acquiring shares. I believe this to be a great shot in the arm for shareholders and your strong belief in the TSOI stock.

Thanks Scott. I do a conversion every 90 days to relieve the company from the debt to be paid in cash that could be used to do R&D. Turns out the MM's gave me an opportunity to acquire at the price I did, timing was perfect. Thanks MM's.

Hey Tim, this is a good idea, would you consider releasing PR when you are ready and everything, release PR on EUA filing middle or end of the day so the MM’s can’t manipulate and take advantage of the PR, it’s sort of smart to do things in a way that doesn’t benefit MM’s.

I wouldn't have any comment on such a thing, good, bad, or indifferent.

I have a general out in of the air weird question because I do have a serious concern about the economic future of our stock market in the coming years.
So I believe from what I have been watching and how the country is spending money like it’s water and everything that we are due for another recession in the next 12-24 months.
My question to you Tim is this, would a stock market/Economic crash effect TSOI much? Would TSOI still be able to go forward with it’s science and getting funding where and when needed if a stock market/Economic crash did happen.
I want to know because this is a concern of mine, and I think personally it won’t effect TSOI much but I want to know from the expert and that is you.

I don't know Cody - if we were only R&D and had no real revenue on the horizon it could I suppose affect any company. I would like to think we are a little more resilient due to the nature of our work. If you are dead the stock market doesn't much matter.

Hi Tim

My knowledge of where TSOI may harvest the mesenchymal stem cell used for research is very limited. Specifically where would TSOI go to get bone marrow, etc to harvest the mesechymal stem cells. After they are harvested is there a shelf life that needs to be considered. Is there a facility that’s in place that is currently performing such task of harvesting stem cells. Is there a cash burn rate that is associated with waiting for the trials to begin before more MSC’s need to be harvested. I know that was a lot ofxquestions, but I only ask because I don’t know. Thanks in advance for your response.

Best,

Hey Scott,

Bone marrow derived mesenchymal stem cells would be considered autologous (self) and could only be used on the patient they were taken from. We use adult universal (allogenic) mesenchymal stem cell (JadiCell) from umbilical cords. Allogenic cells can be used in any human whereas autologous cannot. We do use bone marrow cells in research when comparing to JadiCells but don't have any clinical work in humans underway. When our cells are harvested they are cryopreserved at -87 celsius and held until needed indefinitely as long as they stay that temp. We have research facilities and we have contract cGMP when needed while we prepare to build out our own facility. No cash burn to speak of while we wait other than normal burn as reflected in financials which i can't comment beyond. All of the cells for phase 3 are already manufactured and ready to go so we need not worry about that aspect. Our future use will be Right to Try, eIND, and EUA related until we get approval for the general population. Hope that answers your Q's.
