I love all those guys/gals from that era... there won't be music like that ever again - not putting any music down but simply meaning it was pre-digital, an age of exploration, and they had to work hard to sound good or at least we thought they did hahahaha

Tim

I seriously hope that some day that TSOI will have a blockbuster phase III to not only block inflammation but also heals the lung some day, especially knowing that this is how COVID works...It seeks to destroy an organ with multiple variations...not unlike the battle that TSOI finds itself...The people that hope that TSOI will fail know all too well that a sinking share price, along with an outstanding share count of over 1 billion makes it almost impossible to obtain funding at reasonable terms for clinical trials...This is sad because the JADICELL therapy specifically goes after what COVID destroys...In all honesty, there is some truth to such in a young biotech needing funding and the inability to obtain such because of a large o/s count and low share price. I really hope that TSOI will have a soon blockbuster Phase III in 2022 that will not only open up the FDA to see clear the benefits of JADICELL therapy for ARDS, COVID, COPD, etc. but to also overcome the odds that the shorts have endlessly sought to lay out in terms of financials and need for funding.
I guess that I am saying this because I want TSOI to truly win this battle, but also realize at the same time that the headwinds facing TSOI are stiff not only with people bashing the stock, but overcoming regulatory clearance and the need for funding...time may not be on TSOI side with the constant manipulation of TSOI stock price in shorts trying to gain a stronghold of lowering the price, which is unfortunately easy to do in OTCBB..Truth is most dying people just don’t have the stamina to sue for RTT, not to mention the ability to afford RTT...the shorts know this as well and use this in their arsenal which is also sad...this is all the more reason that I want TSOI to be successful. I was brought up in finance that said penny stocks are pennies for a reason. I have been in Finance a long time. Just once, I would like to see a biotech overcome these odds! I am much older now and I think that this will be my last review of a biotech that has this much potential, so I really would love to see this biotech overcome such, especially since I have seen dear friends die of what COVID seeks to destroy, their lifeblood. This will probably be my last foray into this arena. God Speed my friend,

Scott

So I guess I would ask is would TSOI do the procedure for free to provide people who can’t afford RTT to get the therapy they need and at the same time use this effort to gain regulatory approval? As TSOI is expanding the production capacity of producing JADICELL, would this be possible

In the future we intend to do something that when we are capable of producing our own cells. As it stands today we contract cell manufacturing and as that relates to RTT we are only charging our lab bill which is $20,000 for 200 million cells, the required dose. We don't generally collect any data from these cases because there is no real value to it as far as regulatory work goes. Unlike pharmaceutical products where you need their infrastructure to even manufacture you are really dependent upon them if you are to advance your drug candidate. StemCells and StemVacs doesn't require pharma for manufacturing. We're the experts not them. The lab we will be building at Allogen will handle all of our needs and we won't need pharma infrastructure to put product in the hands of physicians.

Tim, havent been here in awhile ..somehow was booted off... just wanted to ask you if the marketing side of the nutraceuticals has thght of going after some of the college kids with massive followings eg. Cameron Brink from Stanford (who has 500,000 followers on her Tik Tok & Instagram) to help promote QM or some of the other supplements TSOI offers...along the same lines many recent/retired athletes have put themselves out on SM to promote companies with very good success...SHAQ's been doing well with Pa Pa Johns Pizza and just recently has partnered with Alkaline Water (SHAQ is the one who reached out to AWTR since he was using their product..) maybe with the right spokes person & connections the money could be had for the JadiCell trials..$15 M would NOT be a problem for many of these ppl..I read that Cameron Brink is in constant contact with Ayesha? Steph Curry.. who i'm sure has the contacts who could fund your project w/o blinking an eye ...Joe Lacob is also in the area ( a billionaire hedge fund mgr/owner of GSW with plenty of connections as well) and has a biotech back ground may be willing to help since your research would certainly help mankind ...just your thoughts please

Great to hear...Any way we could get QM ect. into brick & morter stores eg. CVS/ WALMART/ TARGET/ Vitamin SHOPPE etc. since i don't really like to order online ...also checked on AMZN tdy & only 1 bottle left before they're SOLDOUT....good for TSOI...hopefully the nutraceuticals division is making the company $$$...with added exposure who knows ...maybe it'll pay for the Jadi trials....
