The Sound Of Pluto
Re: NASA_Spooky Space Sounds
I shot these two photos from my backyard a couple of summers ago... can't wait for astrophotography under the skies of Idaho this summer... i didn't hear any spooky sounds though... hahahahahaha

Really awesome Pics. Tim! Love them! And when u do take astrophotos from ID, please share!
Re: NASA_Spooky Space Sounds
I see two universes - one in the night sky and one inside the human body - both fascinate me to no end. I live in coastal southern california and almost every night is overcast, marine layer rolls in and stays until the sun comes up and then burns off - so good nights are hard to come by - in Idaho we are so north Aurora Borealis is visible and there won't be any light pollution etc.. I shot those with a 6 inch mirror but i think for Idaho i am going to buy myself a new 11 inch. Those two photos were shot with a cmos sensor and i think i shot more than a 1,000 images of each and then in post i stitch them into a single image using an algorithm to keep only the best and then combine all the data into single image.
