Is Quadramune okay to take with ms!?!?

I have been taking quadramune for 1 month now.
Have gotten 2 others to get on it as covid is very prominent in the workplace right now. Currently people on qm have not been infected at our work. But, someone with ms was curious if it was safe for them to take !?

Now QuadraMune does not contain NanoStilbene but it does contain pterostilbene the same active ingredient used in NanoStilbene.
